As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead the discovery and tactical research initiatives, actively collaborating within the product area. With over five years of experience, your role includes synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data and leveraging generative AI to optimize workflows. You will influence both product and UX teams, driving user-centered approaches for impactful design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define effective user-centered research methodologies
• Lead exploratory and generative research studies
• Design tactical research initiatives like usability testing
• Monitor UX project execution and track performance metrics
• Synthesize data to inform design decisions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in UX-related fields
• 5+ years of UX research experience, B2B SaaS preferred
• Experience in both moderated and unmoderated research formats
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with data analytics for UX insights
