Join Genesys as a Lead Test Engineer focusing on Batch Analytics to shape the future of cloud services. Your expertise will enhance product quality and automation.
This role offers the opportunity to lead testing for innovative features laborate with Product Management, Development, and UX teams to define effective test strategies. You'll drive initiatives in automated testing, user feedback collection, and end-to-end testing for APIs and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design test strategies and evaluate architecture for new features
• Assert quality of features through end-user experience evaluations
• Develop strategic test plans with delivery teams
• Coordinate exploratory testing sessions for user feedback
• Maintain and triage automated tests in Jenkins pipelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software testing and automation
• Strong Java or Python skills required
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
• Experience with AWS services and web-scale data
• Background in cloud software and microservices testing
