Test Manager for Credit Cards

Lead test management initiatives within the credit card domain at our Toronto office. Seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in functional testing and Agile methodologies.

This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience, particularly in credit card applications. You will leverage your knowledge in IT QA and testing methodologies while defining goals that align with business objectives. Solid skills in reporting and system analysis are essential for success in this significant role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage test processes for credit card applications

• Define and implement measurement plans for software performance

• Compile and interpret testing reports accurately

• Collaborate using HP ALM, JIRA, and testing tools

• Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot software applications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Test Manager in credit cards

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies

• Experience with automated testing frameworks

• Familiarity with tools like Confluence and Postman

• Background in Banking or Financial services
