Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Manager (3+ years) to manage Paid Search and Digital Media campaigns using SA360 and Google Ads
Join a high-performing digital marketing team driving Paid Search initiatives within a leading financial services organization. This role focuses on campaign strategy, end-to-end execution, and performance optimization across multi-platform environments including SA360 and Google Ads. It offers visibility across business lines and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external media partners. The position provides strong exposure within a major financial institution with potential for contract extension or conversion.

Must Haves- 3+ years of Paid Media and Paid Search campaign management including strategy
, execution
, and optimization - Proficiency in SA360 and Google Ads
, with certification or proven advanced platform knowledge - Ability to define and monitor KPIs
, analyze metrics
, and deliver data-driven insights aligned with campaign objectives - 1+ year of stakeholder management and leadership acting as primary contact for Paid Media strategy
- Experience mentoring team members and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Financial industry experience
- Account management experience within financial services or wealth management
- Exposure to emerging platforms such as Pinterest or Tik Tok and automated reporting tools
- Holistic campaign management across multiple channels
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions
- Execute Paid Media campaigns across SA360, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and external vendors to ensure campaign success
- Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results
Act as the key contact for assigned business lines, managing end-to-end Paid Media initiatives - Support cross-channel collaboration and troubleshoot ad-related issues
- Provide mentorship and contribute to a collaborative digital marketing environment
