JOB DESCRIPTION:
"The Guidewire QA Lead is responsible for leading quality assurance activities across Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations Policy Center Billing Center Claim Center This role ensures that all Guidewire configurations integrations and upgrades meet highquality standards through comprehensive test planning execution automation and defect management The QA Lead acts as a bridge between business teams development teams and project managers while guiding the QA team throughout the SDLC
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed Test Plans Test Scenarios and Test Cases covering functional integration regression and UAT testing
Estimate QA efforts define scope and identify risks and dependencies
Policy Center
Billing Center
Claim Center
Digital portals integrations
Validate configurations business rules product models and workflows
Ensure complete coverage of API testing UI testing data validation and environment checks
Guidewire Testing Framework Gosu
Selenium Java
REST Assured Postman for API automation
Prioritize regression test automation and maintain automation scripts
Work closely with developers to reproduce troubleshoot and validate fixes
Conduct rootcause analysis to prevent recurring issues
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and Guidewire implementation standards
Support crossteam communication and maintain strong client interactions
Prepare dailyweekly status reports and support release planning
Maintain documentation related to test cases traceability matrices and signoffs
Required Skills Experience
Technical Skills
Strong handson experience in Guidewire Insurance Suite testing
Understanding of Guidewire configurations product models rating workflows PCFs and integrations
Experience with :
- SQL queries data validation
SOAPREST web services
Automation tools Selenium GTF Postman ReadyAPI
Good knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Leadership Functional Skills
Ability to lead endtoend QA lifecycle for Guidewire projects
Strong communication stakeholder management and requirementanalysis skills
Experience managing onsiteoffshore QA teams"
