What you'll do:
Lead and manage a team responsible for the development and delivery of website and app experiences across multiple banners within Canadian Tire.
Experience in driving features, capabilities, and customer facing experiences in upper funnel, personalized recommendations, UGC and Lower Funnel Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, technology, and analytics, to develop and execute strategic plans for digital product development.
Define the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products to align with business objectives and customer needs.
Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product development.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products, monitor performance metrics, and optimize user experiences.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business requirements.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of digital product initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback-driven iterations, and data-driven decision-making.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management or related roles, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching consumer-facing digital products ong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to translate business goals into actionable plans.
Deep knowledge and experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
