The Director will own the end-to-end digital strategy for the automotive website, collaborating with marketing and technology teams. Responsibilities include translating business needs into user stories, optimizing UX, and leading digital journey improvements. You will serve as an internal product owner while managing a small team focused on enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own digital customer experience across all platforms
• Define UX strategy and priorities for development
• Lead conversion optimization efforts organization-wide
• Manage integrations and feature deployments efficiently
• Oversee testing, rollout planning, and regional adoption
Requirements:
• 10+ years in digital product management
• Strong background in UX leadership and project management
• Experience with CRM and marketing technology stacks
• Proven ability to manage external development partners
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
