Key Responsibilities:

• Document and manage IT assets and repairs

• Troubleshoot applications and hardware issues

• Perform configuration and maintenance of systems

• Maintain communication with customers during troubleshooting

• Monitor A/V equipment for events and meetings

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT and asset management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields preferable

• Experience with ITIL best practices essential

• Background in both Mac and Windows environments

• Technical certification such as A+ or CCNA preferred
