X, you will be part of our growth story following a substantial funding round, driving the administration of Salesforce across sales, marketing, and customer success. Your focus will be on customizing workflows, reducing manual work, and ensuring robust data reporting to aid decision-making. Partnering with GTM teams will be crucial in translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and scale Salesforce interfaces for business processes
• Streamline workflows and automations within the platform
• Oversee CPQ and commissions configurations effectively
• Produce insightful reports and dashboards for the team
• Maintain data integrity through validation and cleanup routines
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Salesforce Administration or a related role
• Salesforce Administrator Certification & Advanced Admin Certification required
• Proficient in automation tools and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with agile processes and Jira software
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality
