Jump Host Administrator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of  network infrastructure, secure access management, and lab systems administration  in highly controlled environments.

What you’ll be doing :
You’ll play a key role in enabling secure access and maintaining the integrity of lab environments by:
Provisioning and administering VM-based jump hosts for engineering lab access
Managing network infrastructure including  switching, routing, VLAN provisioning, and segmentation
Configuring and maintaining  firewall rules and connectivity controls
Supporting secure  SSH/RDP access  with integration to  Active Directory (AD) and RBAC
Implementing and maintaining  MFA and Privileged Access Management (PAM)  controls
Supporting  NAC/Clear Pass onboarding and network access policies
Troubleshooting connectivity and infrastructure issues across lab environments
Collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams
Maintaining clear operational documentation and access procedures
Must-have experience:
Network administration (switching, routing)
VLAN provisioning and network segmentation
Firewall rule management
Clear Pass / NAC onboarding and access control
Secure remote access (SSH/RDP)
AD integration, RBAC, MFA, and PAM
Lab or engineering infrastructure support
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Nice to have:
VM provisioning and virtualization platforms
Experience in regulated or export-controlled environments
Background in manufacturing or engineering organizations
Knowledge of endpoint patching and system hardening
