Cryptography and IAM Specialist

Shape the future of security at Moneris as a Cryptography and IAM Specialist based in Toronto with remote flexibility. This role emphasizes cryptographic architecture and secrets management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will apply your 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IAM, cryptography, and security engineering. This role focuses on maintaining HSM infrastructure, driving security design reviews, and enhancing operational processes in a cloud-based environment, ensuring adherence to PCI security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operationalize cryptographic architecture across IAM ecosystems

• Lead integration of HSM and crypto workflows for security

• Govern enterprise PKI platforms and drive automation efforts

• Support secrets management and centralized synchronization

• Provide mentorship on cryptographic controls and guardrails

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in IAM, security engineering, or cryptography

• Experience with HSMs and key management practices

• Strong understanding of authentication and secrets management

• Proficiency in Cyber Ark, Venafi, and similar tools

• Familiarity with PCI security standards and operations
