This role is critical for enhancing documentation efficiencies related to maintenance and safety protocols within the organization. You'll implement Adobe Frame Maker 2022, work with automated workflows, and lead the migration of legacy documents. Collaborating with various teams will help ensure the creation of high-quality, reusable content objects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a CCMS with Adobe Frame Maker and SharePoint Online
• Create PDF templates following internal compliance standards
• Migrate existing documents to new structured formats
• Integrate tools like SharePoint Online with Frame Maker
• Design workflows with Microsoft Power Automate for approvals
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience with Adobe Frame Maker 2022
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Bash for automation
• Significant experience in managing SharePoint Online environments
• Knowledge of CCMS and dynamic XML customization
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
