Mercor is on the lookout for STEM PhDs to engage in an ongoing AI research project starting in April.

This role offers a commitment of 15-20 hours weekly, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours. Your contributions will help create valuable data for training advanced language models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address complex problems within your domain for AI training

• Generate high-quality data to influence AI research

• Communicate findings effectively in both writing and speech

• Collaborate with leading researchers on innovative projects

Requirements:

• STEM PhD from accredited universities in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe

• Exceptional attention to detail in research and communication

• Outstanding verbal and written English skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply

• Ongoing availability starting in April
