This role within Quad Real’s Global Research team focuses on enabling AI to advance research capabilities in commercial real estate. You will design workflows, collaborate with research and IT teams, and guide the integration of AI tools to streamline processes. Your leadership in discovery sessions will shape how AI enhances research accuracy, efficiency, and governance, while clearly measuring success through KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define AI use cases and create workflows
• Collaborate with teams to implement AI solutions
• Lead discovery sessions to enhance research processes
• Ensure governance and provide documentation support
• Assess adoption and impact using KPIs
Requirements:
• Experience in digital transformation or AI enablement
• Proficient in discussing AI tools with stakeholders
• Skills in workshop facilitation and planning
• Expertise in specific AI tools like ChatGPT
• Relevant undergraduate degree in AI or similar
