Become an IT Support Administrator at Beanfield, managing end-user applications and providing technical support in a collaborative environment.
As a part of the End User Services team, you will focus on the administration and lifecycle management of SaaS and enterprise applications across various domains like productivity and project management. The role requires you to manage end-user support, handling escalated technical issues and delivering effective solutions. Familiarity with Bash, Power Shell, or Python scripting will enhance your ability to automate workflows and streamline support tasks as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer key applications like Jira, Confluence, and Ironclad
• Triage Service Now ticket queue, ensuring SLA compliance
• Implement automation scripts for user provisioning and device configuration
• Maintain device management compliance through JAMF Pro
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
• Experience with JAMF Pro for device management
• Proven track record in SaaS application lifecycle management
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation
• Familiarity with Azure AD and identity lifecycle
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
