Support Scotiabank’s infrastructure as a Network Support Analyst, focusing on voice and WAN technologies. This role allows for a hybrid work model with a strong emphasis on team collaboration.
As part of Scotiabank’s Global Network Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment and operation of the bank’s network services. This position involves close collaboration with technical and business experts to deliver secure and efficient network solutions. Your contributions will be critical in managing communication and documentation for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to major project implementations within the team
• Execute network configurations throughout deployment phases
• Document and communicate status updates effectively
• Work closely with vendors and external partners
• Analyze and solve complex networking issues innovatively
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with network technologies
• Experience in LAN, WAN, and SDWAN operations
• Knowledge of VOIP and IP services
• Post-secondary education in related fields
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) preferred
