In your role at NRT, you will install, configure, and maintain hardware systems while addressing a variety of client support issues. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot operating systems, and enhance business application performance. This full-time position is essential for fostering a seamless IT environment in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support over the phone and onsite
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Manage support tickets and user requests
• Troubleshoot PC, server, and network errors
• Deploy and maintain office hardware devices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technology field
• Experience with Windows 7/10 system configuration
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure user management
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude
