Take on a vital role as an Operations Support Specialist, working onsite at 222 Jarvis St. This position focuses on troubleshooting and supporting complex application development issues within contact center environments.
As an Intermediate Systems Administrator, you will tackle challenges related to AWS products and solution management. Your tasks include software upgrades, user profile setups, and ensuring optimal performance of computer resources monitored closely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage systems administration and operations support tasks
• Execute software upgrades and apply essential patches
• Configure, install, and maintain client networks
• Monitor workload trends for resource optimization
• Setup user access and maintain operational profiles
Requirements:
• Experience with Amazon Connect and similar solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with the Public Sector IT management frameworks is advantageous
• Solid understanding of various operating system platforms
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
