In this pivotal role within People Development, you’ll own and elevate Lyft’s technical learning strategy for engineering, science, product, and design teams. Collaboratively work with various stakeholders to craft educational experiences that meet business goals. This includes introducing AI-driven upskilling programs and managing compliance training tailored for engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy for Lyft’s technical learning programs
• Design and implement effective training solutions for engineers
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance learning
• Maintain and improve technical content and resources
• Evaluate learning initiatives based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical learning or relevant program management
• Experience with technical curriculum creation
• Ability to manage complex relationships and projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML and compliance education
• Strong communication skills for delivering insights to executives
