The opportunity

As part of Ernst & Young Electronic Publishing Services Inc - EYEP, you’ll work at the intersection of tax, technology and content supporting the creation of digital resources that thousands of professionals rely on every day to make informed decisions. In this role, you’ll build your skills by contributing to research, writing, and the development of online tools and publications across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate with tax specialists, editors, and developers to transform technical content into engaging, user-friendly formats.

Position overview

We’re looking for a Junior Information and Research Coordinator to join our Electronic Publishing team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll help keep our digital content accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate, supporting the delivery of trusted tax and legal resources used by professionals every day. You’ll work across content and technology, contributing to updates, formatting, and publishing workflows while collaborating with both content specialists and developers.

key responsibilities
  • Track and update tax-related content across digital platforms, including legislation, news releases, and technical materials
  • Prepare and format large content files for online publication, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support ongoing updates and releases, keeping content current and accessible
  • Collaborate with developers on content transformation and publishing tools
  • Monitor production workflows and help resolve content or platform issues
  • Stay current on emerging content practices and digital tools
  • Provide ad hoc support, including responding to user or stakeholder inquiries
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage structured content accurately
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Interest in digital content, publishing workflows, or process improvement
  • Able to problem-solve and troubleshoot content or formatting issues
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Exposure to or interest in working with structured content formats e.g., HTML, XML
  • Familiarity with content management or publishing tools is an asset e.g., Folio Views or similar platforms
  • Completion of a French language certificate
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Word, Excel and PDF Exchange Editor
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
