This role takes approved content, design components, and project outlines to build live, tested, tracked, and accessible digital experiences across our public channels, including , campaign landing pages, donor emails, the booking portal, and related platforms. The Specialist ensures every asset is accurate, accessible, on‑brand, and fully functional before release.

Formula for Success

Build and deploy donor email communications, assembling HTML emails from templates, testing across clients, validating before send, and monitoring performance post‑launch.

Create and maintain pages on  and campaign properties using approved content, design system components, Figma layouts, and Unbounce landing pages that are accessible, responsive, and high‑performing.

Act as the final checkpoint before anything goes live, ensuring pages, emails, links, redirects, and tracking work as expected.

Maintain clean tracking and tagging practices, implementing UTMs, GA4 events, and conversion pixels correctly for trustable data.

Document and standardize work processes by maintaining SOPs, checklists, and organized templates.

Learn new tools, troubleshoot issues, help the team adopt evolving platforms, and identify opportunities to streamline repeat work.

Collaborate closely with partners to coordinate bilingual (English/French) assets, ensure consistency across versions, and contribute to a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Desired Education and Skills

3–5 years in digital production, CMS publishing, email marketing operations, or a similar hands‑on execution role.

Proven experience building and deploying marketing emails at scale (HTML production, rendering/compatibility testing, personalization, and send management).

Strong experience with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows, including building pages using templates, components, and governance standards.

Experience setting up and managing landing pages with tools like Unbounce or similar platforms.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot front‑end rendering issues across email clients and CMS environments.

Experience with Figma and design systems considered an asset.

Familiarity with campaign measurement fundamentals, including UTM tracking and GA4 event tagging.
