Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with phone service support requests
• Deliver remote technical assistance across diverse platforms
• Address technical alerts and notifications promptly
• Manage technical ticket creation and tracking

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in technical support roles
• High school diploma or relevant education
• Proficiency in network protocols and concepts
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper operating systems
