Take on the role of Sales Engineer at SPHERE based in Toronto, Canada. Engage with enterprise clients and leverage solution selling in identity governance projects.
As SPHERE continues to grow, this role will play a critical part in expanding our Sales Engineering team to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You'll work closely with Sales Executives and partner teams, translating complex security requirements into practical solutions. This position requires a thorough understanding of technical and business dynamics within the identity security field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical lead during the sales cycle
• Collaborate to create joint value with partners
• Explain technical advantages in business language
• Contribute to RFP/RFI preparations and presentations
• Keep abreast of identity security trends and competitors
Requirements:
• Over 3 years in pre-sales or technical solutions consulting
• Experience with Identity and Access Governance solutions
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for business applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a partner-focused mindset
