Junior Endpoint​/Systems Analyst

Job Description

Support an automated security triage initiative focused on endpoint security operations, monitoring, and infrastructure support across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role sits within the security space but is execution-focused, supporting endpoint validation, system configuration, and operational workflows.

• Support configuration and validation of ~1000+ Windows endpoints and servers
• Work within Windows Server environments (2012–2022)
• Assist with log management tools (e.g., Cribl or similar) for monitoring and operational triage
• Perform basic networking and firewall-related tasks (connectivity checks, rule validation)
• Support installation and configuration of systems and tools
• Assist with endpoint security operations and ongoing support activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams

• 2–3 years of experience in systems / endpoint / infrastructure support
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2012–2019/2022)
• Exposure to log management / monitoring tools
• An understanding of networking and firewalls
• Experience with installation and configuration of systems
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to endpoint security tools (e.g., Defender, antivirus platforms) Basic scripting (Power Shell)

Familiarity with Linux environments

Exposure to cloud or SaaS-based infrastructure
