Job Title - Business Systems Analyst - RSA Token Migration
Location - Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid preferred; downtown Toronto office. Remote candidates within Canada will also be considered)
Role Type - Contract (6 months with potential extension)
Must Have
Skills:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- RSA token migration and/or identity management experience
- Change management and stakeholder communications
- Process analysis and workflow improvement
- Reporting, metrics tracking, and operational support
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to enterprise-wide RSA token re-provisioning initiatives
- Evaluate existing token provisioning processes and recommend workflow improvements to support migration objectives
- Support risk-based prioritization strategies for RSA token migration activities
- Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate user adoption and minimize business disruption
- Create and deliver communications for stakeholders and end users throughout the migration lifecycle
- Assist with training material development and user enablement efforts
- Track migration progress and maintain reporting on key performance indicators and project milestones
- Provide operational support before, during, and after migration activities
- Coordinate issue identification, escalation, and resolution with technical and business teams
- Collaborate with Identity & Access Management stakeholders to ensure successful execution of migration plans
- Maintain detailed documentation, process maps, and project artifacts
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups while ensuring clear and effective communication
