HANA FICO, MDG, and Group Reporting initiatives
Join a team delivering strategic finance system projects within a highly visible enterprise environment. This position supports major Peoplesoft and SAP programs, collaborating with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment of functional and technical solutions. The role offers exposure to modern SAP platforms and end-to-end delivery across financial operations projects, with potential for contract extension or long-term opportunity in a collaborative hybrid setting.

Must Haves
8–10+ years in Business Analysis within technology delivery environmentsProven ability in requirements gathering
, validation
, and documentation for complex financial systemsExperience in Finance or Financial Systems projectsHands-on QA testing including test plan, scenario, and case creationFamiliarity with SDLC and project delivery frameworksNice to Have
Experience with SAP (S/4 FICO, MDG, Group Reporting) or People Soft FinancialsGeneral accounting process knowledgeBackground in banking or financial servicesExposure to large-scale transformation initiativesPrevious experience as a QA LeadResponsibilities
Gather and document business requirements supporting Peoplesoft and SAP S/4 initiativesFacilitate solution design discussions between business and technology teamsAnalyze business needs to recommend optimal technical solutionsMaintain detailed documentation including requirements and change requestsCoordinate meetings and stakeholder engagement for project executionManage stakeholder expectations ensuring alignment across teamsDevelop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios to validate deliverables
