In this role, you will bring your foundational skills in data storytelling and visualization to address business questions and design impactful analysis solutions. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to enhance data usability and develop reporting dashboards that cater to decision-makers. You will also be responsible for training non-analytical users on reporting tools and ensuring consistent application of analytics best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design dashboards and visualize data to answer business challenges
• Identify trends and insights via data analysis and reporting
• Develop training programs for non-analytical staff on reporting tools
• Collaborate with teams to refine and automate analytics solutions
• Document data flows and enhance existing visualization systems
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in decision making and systems thinking
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
