In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for Dayforce clients, helping them achieve their business goals through expert technical support. Your work will involve extensive collaboration with Development, Product, and QA teams while managing client expectations and championing solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance the client support experience through engagement
• Research and troubleshoot incidents effectively

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in technology support
