As part of the Cyber Operations & Resilience team, you will help protect CIBC from cyber threats. Your duties will include assisting with vulnerability lifecycle management, triaging security alerts, and building detection content. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and an eagerness to learn are essential for this role in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with vulnerability lifecycle management and tracking

• Triage security alerts and monitor related events

• Escalate incidents to senior investigators as needed

• Build threat detection content using intelligence tools

• Communicate risk advisories and reports effectively

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Information Security or related program

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic scripting knowledge is advantageous

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
