Join Cineplex as a Technical Product Manager on a 12-month contract in Toronto, Canada. Lead the evolution of Cineplex Connect, focusing on CIAM, account management, and payment platform modernization.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Product Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving critical modernization initiatives like identity, multi-factor authentication (MFA), accounts, and wallet capabilities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring performance, scalability, and security during peak traffic periods as you collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Modernize Cineplex Connect’s customer identity and payment systems
• Own and influence the product roadmap and backlog
• Partner with engineering for high-performing, secure solutions
• Guide decisions on identity and payment best practices
• Develop relationships with vendors and partners for innovation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager in digital platforms
• 3+ years in agile environments with engineering teams
• 4+ years in product management, focusing on backend systems
• Hands-on experience with CIAM/IAM platforms and related technologies
