In this strategic role, you will report to the Head of Fraud, T&O, leading efforts in developing and implementing fraud management platforms. Your experience with Agile methodologies and technology strategy will be critical as you navigate the complexities of fraud detection and risk assessment. Foster a collaborative culture among high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Lead end-to-end delivery of fraud capabilities
• Ensure robust integration with internal and external systems
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the domain
Requirements:
• 10-15 years in technology with increasing responsibilities
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Proven expertise in SDLC and Agile frameworks
• Exceptional capacity for stakeholder communications
• Experience in fraud or financial services preferred
