As a Technology Educator, you will work closely with clients to understand their learning needs, build practical training experiences, and support successful onboarding, adoption, and long‑term engagement with technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career and enjoys translating technology into clear, useful learning experiences that help people work smarter.
Responsibilities Learning Strategy and Adoption Support clients in adopting collaboration tools and digital workplace solutions by understanding how people work, where they need support, and what will help them build confidence with technology, including:
Collaborate with clients to assess learning needs and design practical training strategies that support technology adoption and user success
Leverage client insights to support onboarding, adoption, and expansion outcomes
Training Design and Delivery Create and deliver engaging learning experiences that make technology approachable, relevant, and useful for different audiences and working styles, including:
Develop engaging training materials, including session plans, job aids, quick reference guides, and supporting resources aligned to business objectives
Facilitate dynamic training sessions, both virtual and in-person, that improve learner engagement, confidence, and knowledge retention
Stay current with emerging technologies and platform updates to keep training content relevant and practical
Client Support and Continuous Improvement Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver a smooth learning experience from planning through follow‑up, while helping improve adoption services over time, including:
Partner with internal teams, including Sales, to support pre‑sales conversations and identify opportunities for education and adoption services
Provide exceptional client support for education and adoption programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Manage pre‑ and post‑training communications, including follow‑ups, feedback collection, and continuous improvement activities
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning assets, delivery methods, and adoption best practices
Skills and Experience 1–2 years of experience in a training, education, or technology adoption role
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience delivering both instructor‑led and virtual/e‑learning programs
Excellent client service mindset with strong professionalism and communication skills
Comfort with learning and adopting new technologies quickly
Strong problem‑solving, organization, and multitasking capabilities
High attention to detail with a creative approach to learning design
Background in education, instructional design, or related field is considered an asset

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of $60k – $70k per year depending on experience and skills.
