In this role, you will be responsible for managing two or more engineering teams, focused on developing solutions to enhance the customer experience while reducing fraud. Your leadership will foster talent development, encourage innovative thinking, and maintain high-quality engineering standards, including security and system resiliency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple engineering teams in agile environments
• Drive development of customer-facing and enterprise applications
• Foster innovation and implement new technologies
• Ensure applications are scalable, resilient, and available
• Mentor engineers and engage with tech communities
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in agile settings
• Over 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure
• Strong background in team building and performance management
