Position: Genesys Cloud CX Training Lead Role
Drive adoption of Genesys Cloud CX as a part-time Training Lead. Support internal teams and customers with change management, training, and user readiness.

As a Genesys Cloud CX Change Lead, you will enhance adoption and training initiatives for cutting-edge contact center solutions. Your expertise will ensure that teams effectively adapt to new technologies while fostering collaboration between business and IT. You'll develop comprehensive learning strategies, training materials, and facilitate sessions to promote operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Genesys training curriculum for all user roles

• Design engaging training materials and e-learning content

• Assess readiness for migrations using change management principles

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops in various formats

• Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback for improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of training experience in contact centers

• 3+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud experience

• Ability to create tailored training programs for diverse roles

• Strong coordination skills for managing multiple training sessions

• Proven change management skills for user adoption
