Join a leading banking institution in this 6-month contract position. As a Salesforce BSA, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Your solid Salesforce knowledge, particularly in Financial Services Cloud, is vital for supporting data integrations and migrations while ensuring successful solution implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead requirements discovery and document user stories
- Collaborate with teams for accurate design and implementation
- Support data integrations and migrations between systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning
- Validate delivered functionality through UAT and defect triage
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on CRM platforms
- Proven Salesforce experience (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
- Understanding of data integrations and enterprise interactions
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong communication between business and technical teams
