• Develop, recommend, implement and manage enterprise architecture strategy and deliverables
• Provide architecture support across projects ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and TSA
• Conduct technology assessments and fit-gap analyses to recommend optimal solutions
• Create and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned to program objectives
• Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, templates and guidelines
• Support government-wide modernization strategies and technology direction
• Identify enterprise platforms, products and technology stacks using modular and composable architecture approaches
• Analyze business strategy and translate into systems, processes and data architecture
• Identify technology risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Streamline application landscape, eliminate redundancy and optimize performance and cost

• 15+ years of experience as an architect across multiple platforms
• Enterprise-level architecture experience (not application/solution architecture focused)
• Strong technical background with ability to define enterprise standards and policies

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business objectives
• Experience defining business and technical capabilities and processes
• Knowledge of application architecture, technology architecture and artificial intelligence
• Understanding of data interdependencies and enterprise transformation
• Ability to develop IT strategy aligned with business vision
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in team environments

• Experience in stakeholder engagement including presentations, briefings and facilitation
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience working with external vendors and partners
