As a key leader within TD's Enterprise Enabling Functions, you will become accountable for nurturing Agile talent and enhancing team performance. You will be responsible for coaching practitioners, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Drive change and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while working alongside senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams to improve Agile skills and capabilities
• Engage with business leaders to develop strategic roadmaps
• Proactively manage change execution risks and issues
• Monitor delivery health and track team performance
• Foster a cohesive Agile community and culture
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Certified Scrum Master in a scaled Agile framework
• Expertise in Agile practices and methodologies
• Proven leadership in managing large teams
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
