You will play a crucial role in shaping our IT strategy by implementing innovative Service Now solutions. Your tasks include investigating design requirements, conceptualizing UI/UX strategies, and creating high-quality digital experiences through prototypes and wireframes. Collaborate with various teams to customize Service Now platforms to meet business needs while ensuring seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze user experience design requirements in Service Now
• Develop comprehensive UI/UX design strategies
• Produce wireframes and visual designs for UX solutions
• Create UI elements such as menus and widgets
• Conduct testing and optimization of UI features
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
• 5-7 years' experience in development
• Strong Service Now scripting and workflow knowledge
• Experience with ITSM modules and ITIL
• Creative problem-solving and design aptitude
