We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer – CRM to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions within the Ontario Public Service environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing hosting and application technology solutions aligned with client business requirements, enterprise standards, architectural best practices, accessibility standards, and operational objectives. This role requires extensive expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies, user experience design, business process analysis, solution architecture, functional design, and enterprise application implementation.

The ideal consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, QA teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable, accessible, and user-centered CRM solutions for large and complex enterprise initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

CRM & Solution Design Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM solutions.
• Extensive experience designing and developing large, complex CRM applications.
• Experience with CRM application environments, operating systems, databases, programming languages, and communication protocols.

Business & Functional Design

• Experience developing:
  • Business Design Documents
  • Functional Requirements
  • Non-Functional Requirements
  • Functional Design Documents
• Experience developing high-level application flows aligned with business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience creating detailed process flows and translating workflows into software solution views.
• Experience developing application view visibility matrices and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) matrices.
• Demonstrated experience developing use cases and documenting business rules.
• Strong experience with business requirements analysis and documentation processes.

User Experience & Accessibility

• Experience designing solutions with strong focus on user experience, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience developing user personas and user journey maps.
• Experience analyzing user feedback and implementing design improvements to address user pain points.
• Experience creating wireframes, screen mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using:
  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of accessibility-focused design principles and enterprise UX best practices.

Technology & Development Skills

• Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodologies.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Experience documenting:
  • Test Strategies
  • Test Scenarios
  • UAT Plans
  • QA Documentation
• Experience creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
• Experience with technical solution documentation, integrated systems design, and enterprise application performance analysis.

• Ability to assess system performance, scalability, and feasibility for enhancements or replacement.

Project & Analytical Skills

• Experience planning, migrating, implementing, and sustaining large and complex system development projects.
