We are seeking an IT Support Analyst III to provide effective application and system support while adhering to service levels and minimizing operational risks. You will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance the production environment stability and manage timely releases of new applications. Your expertise will contribute significantly across various functional areas as you oversee incident management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incidents and resolve production issues effectively
• Collaborate with teams for timely application packaging and releases
• Enhance stability of applications and systems in production
• Utilize metrics to monitor environment performance
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
• 2-3 years relevant experience in IT support
• Strong understanding of application and system architecture
• Proven ability to manage incidents and prioritize efficiently
• Experience with change management procedures
