As a pivotal team member, you will support the delivery of AI and automation projects. Collaborating closely with the Director of Program Management, you will operationalize program priorities and spearhead the adoption of innovative solutions. Your focus will be on translating strategy into actionable plans while maintaining visibility into initiative progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate AI and automation initiatives with clear timelines
• Translate strategic goals into actionable workstream plans
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies of projects
• Prepare structured reports for stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on execution
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in program/project management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in digital transformation or automation initiatives
• Foundational knowledge of low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to analyze initiative performance and report outcomes
