In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for Yardi Voyager modules, engaging with business partners to address issues and validate enhancements. Your responsibilities include documenting requirements, designing system enhancements, and troubleshooting performance issues across the technical stack while ensuring alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document requirements for data and workflows
• Develop and code enhancements for Yardi Voyager
• Test and debug Yardi applications to meet standards
• Maintain process documentation for end-users
• Resolve Tier 3 helpdesk tickets for Yardi Voyager
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Over 6 years of Yardi development experience
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and validation
• Proficient in software development processes
• Self-motivated with analytical problem-solving skills
