Huron Workday Conversion Manager

Become a pivotal player at Huron as a Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager. This role entails leading the data conversion processes for HCM and Financials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
In this managerial capacity, you will plan and execute data conversion tasks, lead report design initiatives, and partner with various teams to guarantee that data is report-ready throughout the lifecycle of the implementation. Your hands-on experience with Workday is critical for success in this position, as you address data quality and readiness both proactively and reactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data conversion lifecycle for Workday projects

• Lead and coordinate transformation and load activities

• Partner with teams to ensure data alignment and testing

• Guide clients on data readiness and cleanse requirements

• Document and report on conversion status and quality
Requirements:

• 5+ years overall data conversion experience

• 3+ years Workday hands-on experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients

• Active Workday certification is required

• Experience in Higher Education or Healthcare is advantageous
