Join RSM as a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Drive project success through your expertise in Microsoft D365 and project management.
This position is pivotal for managing the effective delivery of client implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. You will utilize your project management skills to govern project scope, schedule, and quality while leading both onshore and offshore teams.
Your role will involve engaging effectively with clients and ensuring smooth implementation processes, from requirements gathering to successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&SC projects
• Ensure project governance including budget and risk management
• Manage cross-functional implementation teams effectively
• Facilitate requirements gathering and user engagement
• Drive projects to successful completion by coordinating efforts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of D365 F&SC implementation experience
• Completed at least four full lifecycle projects
• Understanding of ERP project life cycles
• Degree in Business, MIS, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
