Enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise at Enbridge as a Specialist I in TIS ERP Sustainment. Drive improvements in Procure-to-Pay processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Enbridge is seeking a full-time ERP Specialist to provide functional support for Oracle AP and procurement processes. This role demands a proactive approach to incident resolution and continuous system enhancements. You will closely collaborate with Accounts Payable and IT to ensure seamless operational performance and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer daily support for Oracle AP invoicing and procurement processes
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with ITIL v4 practices
• Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive solutions
• Identify AI-driven enhancements for process efficiency
• Maintain configuration aligned with business requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
• 6+ years in financial operations and systems support
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid communication skills for cross-team collaboration
