Position: Medical Imaging Application Consultant Role
Enhance patient care at North York General as a Medical Imaging Application Consultant. Leverage your technical skills in a collaborative environment to support critical imaging systems.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting imaging hardware and software applications within the Medical Imaging Department. Your diagnostic abilities, alongside a solid knowledge of Windows Server management, will be vital. Engaging with users and vendors, you'll implement solutions and support the hospital's mission of people-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the RIS/PACS application software and related systems

• Act as first-line support for imaging software and hardware issues

• Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve application challenges

• Provide expert guidance for enhancements in imaging technology

• Assist with other related tasks as required
Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Hands-on knowledge of hospital IT systems

• Familiarity with SQL databases and network configurations

• Experience with Cerner RadNET preferred

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
