Drive innovation in AI at the Company as an AI Agent Developer, supporting the internal AI Agent Centre of Excellence. Focus on creating impactful AI agents that resolve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
As an AI Agent Developer, your role involves propelling the internal AI Agent CoE to adopt AI agents across high-impact projects. Collaborating closely with the Generative AI product team, you'll emphasize solutions for internal applications. Your contributions will facilitate measurable ROI and elevate the company's operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement vision for internal AI Agent CoE
• Define frameworks for AI agent development and deployment
• Establish processes for managing AI agent use cases
• Partner with business units to identify AI applications
• Design and code AI agent prototypes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
