Position: Senior Office 365 Solutions Architect

This six-month contract role requires expertise in SharePoint configuration and Open Text Content Server. You will spearhead the SharePoint rollout and ensure compliance with City SharePoint Best Practices while providing operational support for content migration. Your technical leadership will be crucial in executing migration strategies and maintaining data integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SharePoint implementation across Toronto Water divisions

• Conduct pre-migration assessments and develop strategies

• Execute migration activities while preserving metadata

• Provide Open Text Content Server and SharePoint support

• Develop detailed migration plans and documentation

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of SharePoint migration experience

• 5–10 years supporting Open Text Content Server

• Strong troubleshooting skills with migration bottlenecks

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Proven experience managing large-scale migrations
