Vanta is seeking a talented Senior Applied AI Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role requires at least 7 years of software engineering experience along with a strong background in LLM-backed products. Collaboration is key as you will work across various disciplines, improving AI systems and delivering enhanced customer value through robust implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered product features
• Integrate LLMs with Vanta products and systems
• Continuously improve quality via monitoring and evaluations
• Collaborate with AI Platform engineers for foundational systems
• Mentor other engineers and promote strong technical practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with LLMs, prompting, and RAG frameworks
• Proficiency in Type Script, React, Node.js, or willingness to learn
• Background in scaling full-stack applications
• Ability to collaborate and mentor in diverse teams
