In this role, you will own the Power Platform adoption roadmap over a 6-12 month period, ensuring effective training for citizen developers and business leaders. Collaborate with Function & Learning teams to embed platform knowledge into enterprise frameworks while managing governance and community growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap across business units
• Design training programs for citizen developers and business leaders
• Partner with learning teams to integrate Power Platform education
• Track adoption metrics and manage dashboards using Power BI
• Establish internal communities and communication channels
Requirements:
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and applications
• Experience in driving platform adoption and digital enablement
• Strong understanding of governance and admin controls
• Proven ability to enhance adoption metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
